Monday-  5mile  run, 15 min weight machines.

Tuesday-  Turbo Kick Boxing (60 min).

Wednesday- 6 mi run, 10 min weights.

Thursday- 2 mi run, 90 min ashtanga/vinyasa yoga

Friday- 5 mi run

Saturday- 4 mi hike

Sunday- 6 mi run + 15 min weights/circuit moves

Week of 3/26-4/1

Monday- 2.5mi run, 3.5mi walk, 60 min yoga

Tuesday- 3 mi intervals, 10min stretch

Wednesday- 5.5mi +.75 walk. 10min biking, 10 min free weights.

Thursday- 5 mi treadmill walk. 15 min stairs.

Friday – 6.5 mi run, 10 min bike, 15 min machines, 20 min dog walk

Saturday- 75min yoga, 30 min TKB (Turbo Kickboxing)

Sunday- 6 mi run, 10 min bike, hip abductor machine

Week of 2/27-3/4

Monday- Rest

Tuesday-3 mile run. 10 min eliptical. 5 minute full body circuit

Wednesday- 9.5 mile run

Thursday-

Friday-

Saturday-

Sunday-

Week of 2/20-2/26

Monday- 6 mile walk

Tuesday-3 mile run

Wednesday- 90 min hot yoga, 10 mile run

Thursday- 3 mile walk

Friday- 6 mile run. 20 min walk. 10 min light weights

Saturday- 4 mile hike. 1 hour yoga.

Sunday- 6 mile run.

Week of 2/12-2/19

Monday: 5 mile run. 1 mile walk. Body Pump

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: 5 mile run. 3 mile walk. 20 min yoga.

Thursday: 3 mile intervals. 10 min stairclimber. 25 min walk. 90 min hot yoga.

Friday: 6.5 mile run. 1 cardio circuit round. 30 min reading walk.

Saturday: 60 min yoga. 40 min walk

Sunday: 6.5 mile run
